Our Services

  • Spinal Adjustments: Chiropractors use manual manipulation techniques, commonly known as spinal adjustments, to realign the vertebrae of the spine. This can help reduce pain, inflammation, and improve the function of the affected area. Adjustments can also enhance joint mobility and restore proper nerve function.

  • Pain Management: Chiropractors often employ various techniques to manage pain, such as massage, stretching exercises, and hot/cold therapy. By addressing the root cause of the pain, chiropractic care aims to provide long-term relief rather than just masking symptoms.

  • Soft Tissue Therapy: Chiropractors may use soft tissue therapies, such as manual and trigger point therapy, to address muscle tension and stiffness. These techniques can improve flexibility, reduce muscle spasms, and enhance overall mobility.

  • Correcting Posture: Work-related injuries can sometimes result from poor ergonomics and improper posture. Chiropractors can provide advice on proper ergonomics and suggest exercises to improve posture, reducing the risk of future injuries.

  • Rehabilitation Exercises: Chiropractors often prescribe specific exercises to strengthen muscles and improve flexibility. This rehabilitation approach aims to restore normal function and prevent future injuries.

  • Complementary Therapies:

  • Thermotherapy: consists of application of heat or cold (cryotherapy), heat may work by improving circulation and relaxing muscles, while cold may numb the pain, reduces muscle spasms decrease swelling, constrict blood vessels and block nerve impulses to the joint.
    • Ultrasound: is a therapeutic treatment using high-frequency sound waves administered in the region of soft tissue injuries. Sound vibrations, as fast as a million times per second, penetrate tissues deep in the body, creating a heat response
    • TENS: Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) is a method of pain relief involving the use of a mild electrical current. A TENS machine is a small, battery-operated device that has leads connected to sticky pads called electrodes.
    • Trigger Point Therapy: is a soft tissue technique that works to release pain, tension in muscles and fascia that you would usually experience as a knot in the muscle. There are many different approaches to trigger point therapy including soft tissue work, deep tissue massage, dry needling and ischemic pressure.
